Customer Service Curbside Agent

Responsible for traffic control proving all necessary functions related to the Ground Transportation Center at the Atlanta Airport as well as providing excellent Customer Service to Passengers as they leave the airport. You will assist passengers will any transportation needs they may have.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform traffic control functions for the airport

· Call tow trucks if person is parked illegally

· Report to Airport Authority regarding illegally parked vehicles

· Clean up debris from surrounding work area

· Use hand signals and lights to direct Vehicular traffic

· Check vehicles CMV damage.

· Interact with your customer, assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Meet customer needs, patient empathetic and passionately, communicative.

· Customer feedback is priceless.

· Must remain within 5 feet of the customer queue are and remain visible always

· Ensure cameras are working properly in case an accident happens

· Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots

· Resolve parking lot disputes that occur between commercial vehicle drivers

· Green-light taxis coming into lot after checking identification

· Give directions to nearest highway or destination

· Should pay special attention to ensure all vehicles are empty and does not have any other occupant except, the driver inside the vehicles

· Verify transportation providers are properly displaying their airport sticker. ‘Be prepared to give verbal and written statement of what occurred and note any important information.

· Always maintain a neat well-groomed personal appearance and observe company dress regulations

· Other duties as assigned

· Monitor and ensure all gates are properly working

Reasoning Ability

Candidate must have the ability to solve practical problems, and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Environment

Position is located at the airport. Noise level is high. Working environment is outdoors in extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, and all other weather elements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
