- Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and tracking shipments.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the appropriate department when needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficient in using Customer Service software and computer systems.
