You will be the first point of contact for our German customers and a helping hand for all inquiries before, during and after the booking. This is a 100% remote position, therefore all selected candidated will be working from home.

About you:
- You are fully proficient in German and speak English fluently
- Your have a great passion for service and enjoy assisting customers
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- You have previous experience working with MS-Office
- You enjoy working from home and are willing to do so Monday to Sunday

- Be the frist point of contact for our German customers and a helping hand for all inquiries before, during and after the booking - on the phone and via e-mail
- Excite the customers with your know-how of our products and services
