We are seeking full time Call CenterService Agents to join our team. You are the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior As a liaison at the Q Link Wireless headquarters in Dania, FL you will primarily handle customer inquiries escalated from one of our BPO contact centers.
As a Call Center agent at Q Link Wireless, you will not be boggled down by high call volumes and talk time. The first inquiry from a customer or potential one is routed to our BPO centers. This allows you to have more time for continued training to become a subject matter expert, with endless room for growth within our corporate operational contact center.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers who need assistance/information pertaining to their account.
- Responds to customers via phone, chat and email with an in-depth product knowledge achieved through a continuously improving set of listening, analysis, quality focus, problem solving, and documentation skills.
- Communicate trends and offer recommendations regarding processes to an assigned supervisor and/or management.
- Listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor based on company needs.
- Promotes a team centered, yet self-motivating environment.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Minimum 2 years contact center experience.
- High School diploma.
- Intermediate computer and typing skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
- Logical, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to write in a professional manner.
- Customer service experience working in telecom is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
