Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Address customer concerns and complaints in a polite and empathetic manner, providing effective solutions to their problems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Continuously improve Customer Service skills and knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to work in the office, remote working is not available.
