Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients and customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Address customer concerns and complaints in a polite and empathetic manner, providing effective solutions to their problems.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

• Continuously improve Customer Service skills and knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Must be able to work in the office, remote working is not available.
