Customer Service Agent
- Wage: $15/hour
- Full-time and part-time positions available

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our airport Customer Service team!
Keep the airport baggage claim area neat and organized while assisting customers to find lost luggage. Provide excellent service for every customer to support a positive airport experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service for all customers to create a positive airport experience
- Direct customers to check-in counters, security checkpoints, baggage areas, and more
- Ensure airport signage and security ropes are in the correct location and are neatly organized
- Assist customers with passport kiosks and answer questions about the process
- Monitor carry-on items customers bring to security checkpoints
- Follow all HHS and regulatory procedures and best practices
- Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
- Must be able to provide clear, concise, and polite directions
- Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
- Preferred: Customer service experience (aviation, airline)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift up to 50 pounds
- Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
- Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
