Insurance Customer Service Agent

JOIN THE INSURANCE SERVICE TEAM!

As an Insurance Customer Service Agent at AAA Washington, you will be responsible for providing outstanding Customer Service, insurance partner and sales and retention support for personal line accounts to our insureds throughout Washington and Northern Idaho. This position is hybrid. Your success in this role will be supported through paid training and insurance licensing and ongoing training throughout your career. QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 1+ years' experience in Customer Service field

· Active WA State Property & Casualty Insurance license, or obtained within 60 days of start date.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Assist customers with questions on their policies, coverage provided, policy billing and billing issues.

· Responsible for processing changes to existing policies in a timely and accurate manner.

· Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.

· Identify situations in which to refer an existing or potential client to an agent.

· Serve as a customer advocate for insurance clients while adhering to underwriting standards.

SALARY RANGE

The base pay range for this positions is $20.63 to $23.73 per hour and the targeted hiring rate starts at $20.63 and depends on experience. In addition to base pay, this position has the opportunity for the annual companywide discretionary incentive based on performance.
