Here at Vivace Marketing, our team is in search of a goal-driven and outcome-centered Customer Service Advocate to assist our senior staff in meeting our clients' and their customers' expectations. Candidates for this role will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service through expert product knowledge, to generating sales and processing orders. The Customer Service Advocate should contribute to our positive and professional work environment, and be comfortable collaborating with all team members to ensure optimal satisfaction for our clients.
We work with our clients face-to-face, so the Customer Service Advocate is expected to display strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills. The primary responsibilities of this position are to help identify client needs, present and answer questions about their products and services, and recommend solutions!
Duties:
- Inform customers of current/seasonal discounts and promotions.
- Connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy.
- Explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various services to promote the sale of products.
- Handle a variety of inquiries including de-escalation, billing questions, customer concerns, etc.
- Collect personal information while upholding confidentiality.
- Deferring to management in instances of uncertainty.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2 (+) years experience in Customer Service/ retail related field
- Desire to learn and develop management skills.
- Must have a commitment to driving and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide and implement constructive feedback.
- Punctuality is required for all scheduled shifts, workshops, and meetings.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
