Title:Customer Service Representative II
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Contract Duration: 5+ months
Description:
- This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking, technical and Customer Service skills.
- We are looking for people who are strong analytically and have experience working in different systems such as SAP, CRM, etc...
- You will be responsible for accessing multiple internal and external systems to thoroughly investigate damage claims.
- Some of the tools required is all Microsoft products, Power Bi, Databricks and Teams.
- The candidate must be willing to work on site up to 3 days per week effective July 2024.
- Also, the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up with customers and other internal business units regarding claim statuses.
- Candidate must possess a high level of professionalism with the ability to effectively communicate to internal and external customers.
- Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, is flexible and able to meet deadlines on time and with accuracy.
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
- Records details about customer inquiries.
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
- May help train entry level Customer Service specialists. HS diploma or equivalent. Ability to learn about a variety of products.
- Ability to comprehend varied research information. Ability to understand service systems and legal compliance regulations.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical ability.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality. Ability to adapt well to changes.
- Ability to integrate, access and process information. Knowledge of Windows helpful.
- Ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
- 1–2-year minimum experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Contractor will be required to come into the office at least 1 day per week.
- That will be increasing by July 1st, they will be required to come in Tue-Wed-Thu.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
