JOB SUMMARY for Administrative Scheduler
Red Dirt Septic, a leader in Oklahoma Wastewater Industry is adding an Administrative Support Associate to the Choctaw Location. This is an energetic fast-paced construction environment. The position deals directly with customers as the first point of contact in person and over the phone. Candidates should posses a friendly, helpful attitude and display exceptional skills in Customer Service, problem solving and multitasking. Attention to detail is essential
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for Administrative Scheduler
- Scheduling work orders
- Coordinating with Service Technicians, Pumpers, & Customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience & working knowledge of QuickBooks & Scheduling Software a plus
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements for Administrative Scheduler
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Be able to multitask
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Once a month weekend will be required. Saturday 9am-1pm
- Subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
WORKING CONDITIONS for Administrative Scheduler
- Shifts TBD 7:30-4:30 / 8:30-5:30
- One Saturday a Month 9:00 – 1:00
- Regular attendance and punctuality required.
