Hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service / Admin Assistant will work with Management and assist various departments in clerical functions such as, but not limited to processing incoming orders, schedule shipments, and help resolve customer questions and issues. The position will entail sales, operations, and accounting support. Other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years B2B Customer Service experience in a distribution environment. Previous accounting experience preferred. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Fluent Spanish in speaking and writing. Math proficiency required.
Candidates should have extensive familiarity with the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with NetSuite a plus.
