About Us:

High Quality Water and Air is the exclusive water treatment service provider for The Home Depot and the premier distributor of Rainsoft water treatment equipment. As part of our water awareness campaign, we conduct a monthly drawing for a $500 Home Depot gift card.

Role and Responsibilities:

As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll wear two hats: Sweepstakes Coordinator and Greeter. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Sweepstakes Coordination:
• Spread the Splash: Create excitement around our monthly sweepstakes. Engage customers, share details about the gift card drawing, and encourage participation.
• Promote Participation: Encourage customers to enter the drawing. Be the friendly face that makes the sweepstakes buzzworthy.
• Energetic Approach: Infuse energy into conversations and make the sweepstakes a hot topic.
• Warm Welcome:
• Meet and Greet: Stationed at the store entrance, welcome customers with a smile. Set the tone for their shopping experience.
• Assist Customers: Help with cart selection, offer coupons, and guide them to relevant sections.
• Security and Courtesy: Keep an eye out for security purposes and ensure a smooth entry.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including entryways.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
