Job Requirements:

• Professional attitude.
• Provide quality Customer Service and contribute to the team’s success through excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Resolve customer requests and complaints timely and with urgency.
• Ability to handle a high-volume of phone calls.
• Provide general office support such as answering phones, data entry, reporting, corresponding, etc.
• Assist with AR by collecting payments.
• Team player
• Be able to work independently with little to no supervision

Job Details:

• Must have experience working in the Customer Service/help desk industry.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and providing superb Customer Service.
• Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, reliable and punctual.
• Knowledge of geography of San Diego and Orange Counties.
