Role and Responsibilities:
As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll wear two hats: Sweepstakes Coordinator and Greeter. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Sweepstakes Coordination:
- Spread the Splash: Create excitement around our monthly sweepstakes. Engage customers, share details about the gift card drawing, and encourage participation.
- Promote Participation: Encourage customers to enter the drawing. Be the friendly face that makes the sweepstakes buzzworthy.
- Energetic Approach: Infuse energy into conversations and make the sweepstakes a hot topic.
- Warm Welcome:
- Meet and Greet: Stationed at the store entrance, welcome customers with a smile. Set the tone for their shopping experience.
- Assist Customers: Help with cart selection, offer coupons, and guide them to relevant sections.
- Security and Courtesy: Keep an eye out for security purposes and ensure a smooth entry.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including entryways.
