Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers by checking on services with customers via phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, service information, and sales transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in both Spanish and English mandatory
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities are a must for better communication with diverse customers
