Work experience – A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service environment, utilizing phone and computer literacy to interact with customers in a high pace setting. Data entry experience and a minimum of 25 wpm typing skills, open availability to work shift schedules at any given time from 6amto 12am. Shifts are as follows : 6am-2pm, 6:30am-2:30pm, 7am-3pm,7:30am-3:30pm, 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm,9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm and 4pm-12am.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, overtime and emergencies.
Job duties:
- Triage, redirect and refer calls in the IVR
- Answer questions and address complaints
