Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential 200 customers via phone to provide outstanding service and address inquiries.
- Read a one page script and transfer the call.
- Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
