Your Opportunity:

As a Customer Satisfaction Intern, you will work on various data analysis and reporting projects. This role may involve programming in SQL, Python or Tableau to analyze large data sets.

As a specialized project, you will work on a data analysis project where you analyze customer searches to derive new documentation and videos needed.

 

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).

What You’ll Do

  • Data analysis from multiple sources to make an informed decision.
  • Validate the logic and assumptions before applying to large set of data.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing reporting and data analysis.
  • Work alongside other Cust Sat team members to enhance understanding of data and analysis performed.
  • Create and maintain reporting and queries that may be reused by the team.
  • Define reporting dashboard and inventory existing reports.
  • Maintain thorough documentation related to their work.

 

Your Team

You will work closely with members of the Customer Satisfaction staff globally across support and training.


About You

  • Working toward a bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Programming and Data Structures.
  • Experience building reports and data analysis on spreadsheets and related tools.
  • Experience with any programming language, preferably Python & SQL.
  • Experience with managing data in MS Excel or any database
