Customer Sales Specialist

Position Overview:

The Customer Sales Specialist handles seller leads and generates sales appointments with customers looking to sell a home. This person will excel in customer rapport, consistent outreach, and follow-up, and have the ability to quickly build relationships with others. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering calls, pre-qualifying sellers, and identifying homes that meet buying criteria
• Responding to Internet inquiries
• Managing lead relationships via telephone, text, and email
• Assisting customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Converting leads into appointments for our Acquisition Specialists
• Using market trends, comps, and data research to assess property value and condition
• Following up regularly with prospective customers and returning email voicemail

Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
• Driven to get the job done in a timely and accurate manner
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
• Must have above-average computer knowledge (CRM, Google Suite)
• Effectively communicate with both customer and sales team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
