About Teehive Colony:

The Teehive Colony is an innovative microsite of The Teehive, a family owned custom apparel company based in Baxter, MN. Our main factory boasts an enormous production capacity and specializes in all types of custom apparel. At each of our microsites or 'colonies,' a close-knit team of a Colony Manager and two Colony Associates work harmoniously to focus on sales, customer service, and the production of smaller, bespoke orders.

Our colonies possess the capabilities for direct-to-film, Sublimation, and laser engraving. We pride ourselves on our ability to handle smaller runs onsite, while larger orders are seamlessly taken care of by our main factory, ensuring customer satisfaction on all scales.

Job Summary:

As a Colony Associate, you will have an essential role in sales, customer service, and production. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and assisting in producing high-quality custom apparel. Your passion, dedication, and hard work could pave the way to your progression within the company - each Colony Associate has the exciting opportunity to become a Colony Manager if they excel in their position.

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong customer relationships and deliver top-notch service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales by understanding customers' needs and offering solutions that meet those needs.
• Assist in the production process, ensuring high standards and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the Colony Manager to implement strategies for revenue growth.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour

This position holds significant potential for growth and financial advancement. If you demonstrate excellence in your role, there's a chance to progress to a Store Manager position, where your compensation would increase and also include commission-based earnings.
