We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Handle customer and provide them a product information and test drive in a good manner
- Process bookings and co-ordinate with old car exchange officer
- Listening Customer feedback and provide suggestions to get the idea about product
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or prospects
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (especially Spanish)
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is a bonus
