Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relations Associate at Tortuga, you will play a vital role in maintaining our exceptional customer service standards, including:
• Managing customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and cancellations through various platforms.
• Conducting monthly outreach to our valued customers to understand their needs, identify potential orders, and explore marketing opportunities.
• Reviewing and generating orders through email, phone, or fax, ensuring adherence to approved guidelines.
• Responding promptly to customer queries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Managing payments for walk-in customers and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions.
• Processing of Amazon Vendor Central orders if required.
• Assist with shipping of full pallet orders.


Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• Minimum one-year related work experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Proven customer support experience with strong phone contact handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to adapt and respond to different personality types.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Sound working knowledge of customer service policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of warehouse, and inventory control (a plus)
