Employee Owned Home-Tech is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is dependable and organized. If that's you, we would love to have you join us!
We provide high-quality service for residential appliances and A/C here in SWFL. This individual would be responsible for assisting our members with service related questions, renewal assistance, computer entry, filing and general office work.
We are a family & community-oriented company that encourages our employees to grow, right along with Home-Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assist customers’ needs
- Build rapport with the customer
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow-up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- General knowledge of computer programs (i.e outlook, Microsoft Excel, Corel)
- Ability to answer multi-line phone system
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters in a friendly and helpful manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well as a team
- Motivated to grow within the company
- Individual must be punctual and professional
