Job Description:

As a Customer Referral Specialist for Car Sales, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the power of referrals. Your primary responsibility will be to bring customers to get paid. You will play a crucial role in growing customer base and maintaining loyalty and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Referral Program Management: Develop and execute referral programs to incentivize existing customers to refer friends, family, and acquaintances to our dealership.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers through personalized communication, follow-ups, and attentive service to encourage referrals.
• Promotion and Awareness: Promote referral programs through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, in-person interactions, and dealership events.
• Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to referred leads, provide information about our car inventory, features, and promotions, and guide them through the sales process.
• Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with referred leads, address inquiries, overcome objections, and facilitate a seamless purchasing experience.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the referral process.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding referral targets and sales goals.
• Proactive approach to lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
