SalaryWe are currently seeking an Orders Specialist to join the fastest growing jewelry company in the country. This job will be located in New York City and the position will be based in a fast-paced environment with multiple requests coming in on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for accurately processing orders within a specified time-frame
· Respond to phone and email inquiries
· Place orders with our factory
· Assist with quality control, billing, filing and shipping
· Assist with ordering overseas merchandise
· Collect and enter data in databases
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to provide superior customer service
· Knowledgeable in Excel
· Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
· Must Live in New York Tri-State area
· Knowledge of jewelry a plus
