Customer & Order Management Specialist

Remote (West Coast)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to answer all the incoming calls.
• Must return customer emails within an 8-hour window.
• Must return customer voicemails within a 24-hour window.
• Must provide accurate order or account information.
• Must assist with coverage for team members when needed.
• Must be able to work with Accounts Receivable (AR) on credit hold requests.
• Must utilize Sage 300 to enter field sales orders accurately and update on associated order tracker.
• Must entre order confirmations to customers.
• Must correct/troubleshoot Order Entry (O/E) errors with Manager and AR (Credit Requests, Rebills, etc;)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience as a customer service and Order Management Specialist.
• Must have MRP/ERP Order Management experience.
• Must have experience with manufacturing or consumer product Order Management. Must have managed orders of inventory.
