BASIC PURPOSE: As a Summer Intern - Customer Loyalty Strategy Associate, you will contribute to the development and implementation of digital communication strategies for our My Love Rewards loyalty program. You will actively participate in crafting and executing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention. This internship offers hands-on experience in working with marketing automation, mobile, and user experience design teams, along with personalized coaching and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development of comprehensive Customer Loyalty strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement and lifetime value.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights and opportunities to continue to improve Love’s loyalty programs.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of Loyalty initiatives and maintain Love’s customer communication set-up.
Aid in the development and execution of digital customer communications, including email, text, mobile app push notifications and other digital customer communications.
Assist in copywriting for communication elements that align with various customer facing units, covering loyalty, sales, customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
Work alongside UI/UX and graphic designers to develop relevant graphics for digital campaigns as needed.
Support the Marketing, Operations and Communications teams to assist in developing marketing strategies to support Love’s Loyalty team and other internal stakeholders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related field
Previous experience in marketing, campaign planning, copywriting, customer-facing communications or digital communications is a plus.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
