Customer Logistics Representative

Bender Group is currently looking for a Customer Logistics Representative (CLR), with experience in customer service and basic computer skills.

We are seeking a well-rounded individual with a broad set of skills and a unique temperament. One that has the composure necessary for effective multi-tasking and a sense of urgency to meet customer requirements and perform in a fast-paced environment.

The selected individual will be the primary contact for multiple clients and responsible for customer care and inventory control.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• General office experience, that includes computer and telephone skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills
• Customer service experience with strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A quick learner who takes initiative in becoming proficient at new skills
• A goal-oriented and success driven individual with the ability to work independently, or as part of a team
• A fun and positive attitude that is proactively dedicated to team success, and displays an eagerness to take on new challenges and additional responsibilities
• Ability to work overtime, when required to fulfill business needs
• Experience/Education
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
• Inventory and Billing experience in 3PL is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
