JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This position has primary responsibility to properly execute receival, storage, pick, pack, and ship activities of pharmaceutical goods within the Direct Customer Solutions facility. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Essential Functions
Primary responsibility for the execution of the following activities daily at Direct Customer Solutions including, but not limited to:
  • Pallet Put away.
  • System Driven Replenishment Work of pallets.
  • Work with ops team for Product Pull down.
  • Work to put away and retrieve indirect suppliers.
  • Maintain proper radio etiquette.
  • Document all product moves.
  • Be able to drive forklift equipment to assist in inventory movement.
  • Be able to pick an order.
  • Support team as needed.
  • Due to the nature of the equipment must be well versed in all safety logs, training, and have a heighted awareness of the wire guide equipment in all areas of the warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Perform order picking duties with RF Scanner while operating Swing Picker equipment
  • Move product safely and efficiently
  • Palletizing and loading/unloading
  • Performing additional warehouse-related tasks as needed

Competencies
Qualifications
  • At least one year of Swing Picker operator experience
  • Ability to pass pre-hire forklift skills and safety assessment
  • Comfort with working at heights of up to 30 feet
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal/written communication
  • Reliable transportation to report for scheduled shifts
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time
  • Desire to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a climate-controlled warehouse setting. This role routinely uses material handling and packaging equipment, computers, handheld scanners, etc. Must be able to sit, stand, walk for 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during day shift hours. Evening and weekend overtime work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Limited travel may be required for training activities.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; some post high school education is preferred.

  1. At least 3 years of warehouse experience. Pharmaceutical and/or 3PL experience preferred
