Join Our Customer Experience Team

We are searching for someone enthusiastic and committed to customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate can multitask, learn quickly, and, most importantly, provide top-notch service with a positive attitude via phone communication, email, chat, and social media. Although the focus of this position is Customer Support, the ideal candidate would be willing to take on other tasks as needed. We believe in identifying and helping to develop everyone’s special capacities and talents.

We do require that applicants have some basic skills, including:

• Proficient typing skills
• Adequate grammar and spelling abilities
• Aptitude in navigating various computer programs (e.g. Gmail, internet browsers, Word, etc.)
• Clear and articulate speaking voice

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
