Customer Experience Manager
We are looking for a full-time, remote Customer Experience Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring all tickets are handled promptly and to the satisfaction of our customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with a customer-first approach
Support Jocko Fuel's customers via phone, chat and email
Handle Customer inquiries, account problems, and escalated calls
Set and achieve team goals
Ensure tools and trackers are updated daily and weekly
Create and maintain a healthy and productive work environment
Lead weekly meeting with Jocko Fuel team members and report back on customer feedback, concerns and overall improvements needed
