The Customer Experience Coordinator supports the Acquisition & Experience Marketing department's initiatives in planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, SMS, website, digital and offline paid media, etc. The Coordinator will support the build and deployment of various channel marketing efforts across all the iconic entertainment brands within the Opry Entertainment Group (OEG) umbrella, including Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, ACL Live, Category 10 and Ole Red.
- Maintain documentation to ensure marketing plan tracking is up to date and accurately reflects campaign support. Create plan summary presentations for leadership
- Assist with QA and maintenance of tracking systems for paid marketing campaigns and traffic advertising assets to appropriate partners.
- Build and send email and SMS prospect and customer communications.
- Update websites and monitor content for accuracy.
- Track invoices and update expenses for approved project budgets. Receive, code, and prepare invoices for signature, processing, and filing following departmental guidelines.
- Set up accurate tracking URLs and naming conventions for marketing campaigns across channels to evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
- Gather, interpret, and distribute standard campaign and customer reporting data, providing leadership with key highlights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications preferred
Experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience in marketing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, including organizational and project management skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently manage multiple priorities at once, move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated focus on driving customer satisfaction
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, website user experience and email marketing
- Video editing skills a plus
