UKG’s Intern Academy program is dedicated to helping college students jump start their business careers at a top-ranked technology company that cares about its people. Our interns work on enriching projects that have a significant business impact on the future of our company. About the Customer Engagement Internship
UKG is looking for an intern to join our dynamic Customer Engagement team for the summer of 2024! As an intern in our marketing track, you will work in various aspects of a global marketing organization and gain experience working cross functionally. Responsibilities to include:
· Running reports out of BI dashboards.
· Updating and maintaining internal sharepoint sites.
· Researching current customers.
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as ERMs (Executive Relationship Managers), Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence.
· Brainstorming with CA team to improve efficiencies.
· Potential to assist in the UKG Aspire customer conference team as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree – preference will be given to rising seniors – with a major in business, marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, sales or another related field
• Able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship for 12 weeks starting May 20th through August 9th, 2024
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with applications: Power BI, Salesforce.com
· Microsoft suite proficiency
· Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
· Strong analytical, business process analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
· Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage and connect with internal and external partners

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $XX to $XX (or $XX), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $XX to $XX (or $XX) per year.
