What You’ll Get:

  • Choices of where you work and when you work - because we all value something different. Hybrid work schedules allow for flexibility where you work. There is required collaboration in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. A unique 9/80 work schedule gives you the flexibility when you work. Choose from alternating Fridays off or consider the Choice schedule which allows you a fixed morning or afternoon off each week.

About The Job:

The Customer Data Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting a Customer First vision across customer facing departments. It is imperative that TICF maintain accurate data in its system of record including clean CUSTOMER DATA and holds valid lienholder and/or registered owner status to secure assets in case of default. Incorrect customer information such as billing addresses or borrower names and unsecured assets can lead to poor customer experience as well as past due payments and charge offs. Inaccurate address locations can lead to incorrectly charging customers for sales and property tax. Obtaining and maintaining accurate CUSTOMER DATA allows us to deliver excellent customer service so we can maintain and grow our loyal customer base.

In this role, you will serve as a positive role model, tackling new challenges with a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining proactive communication with peers, leaders, and contacts across departments. As a primary point of contact for OEMs, dealers, customers, and state jurisdictions, including Secretaries of State for sales tax purposes, you will represent TICF in a professional manner, demonstrating expert knowledge of internal policies and procedures, data stewardship, contract funding processes, and the ability to conduct thorough research when needed.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead a team to achieve Master Data Management objectives within designated functional areas, emphasizing the critical nature of managing CUSTOMER DATA accurately.
  • Ensure precise processing of account change requests that impact on the entire customer portfolio, with a keen focus on detail and accuracy to facilitate prompt customer payments.
  • Regularly plan and apportion the work of Master Data Management team, including making recommendations for hiring, firing, or other matters relating to the status of the team.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance checks for offshore team processes, offering constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Complete most complex Master Data Management Develop and demonstrate expertise in each Master Data Management functional area to support associates and take ownership of escalated issues.

  • Responsible for building strong collaborative partnerships with TICF departments, dealers, and Regional Sales Managers, serving as the primary liaison to ensure optimal customer service delivery.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and actively lead projects related to CUSTOMER DATA collection, cleanup, stewardship, and quality management.

  • Skilled in both effective complaint resolution and confidently taking ownership of complex and escalated customer service situations.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure to meet both internal and external deadlines.
  • Data Analytics/Stewardship Experience

Great to Have:
  • A./B.S. degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM, ERP.
