The Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communications, directly interacting with our customers address their needs, questions and issues
- Interact directly with physical services team to address customer needs
- Collaborate with our Head of Operations to enhance our customer experience and build our Concierge offering
- Coordinate our digitally offered services
- Develop relationships with our customers to improve retention
- Act as the voice of the customer and their needs in all internal meetings, sharing learnings and experiences with the rest of the team to further our business goals
- Embody our customer success and service approach as outlined in our Customer Success Playbook
Desired Background
- 2 - 4 years of experience in customer facing role, preferably in customer success or customer service
- Superior communication skills
- Friendly, high empathy and solutions oriented attitude towards helping others
- Experience working in a cross functional, coordination-heavy role
- Comfortable with providing feedback and ideas for improvement of the company
- Self starter comfortable with a startup environment where they will have high ownership and responsibility
- Nice to have: knowledge of watches and the watch industry and willingness to learn more

- Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
