Customer Care/Call Center -Customer Care Specialist
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon - Fri, Over time is only if needed. Mountain time
Location: Remote anywhere
Contract to perm depending on the efficiency
Typing test required/Must be over 40wpm
Agent would be taking inbound and outbound calls. Approximately 60 incoming calls or 80 outbound calls depending on the requirement for that day. 3 SLA's to be met monthly, so production is a daily must.
Skills
- Capability to multitask
- Candidates need to have Computer skills, Microsoft. We are fast pace so needs to be able to type at a 40 wpm.
