Customer Care Specialists (Cleaning)

MKM360, a leading commercial property management company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist (Cleaning) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our commercial clients, ensuring a clean, professional, and healthy environment for their tenants and office staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout assigned commercial properties, following established cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with clients and property managers regarding cleaning needs and any concerns.
• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Drive to and from assigned properties as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality cleaning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, which may include bending, stooping, and lifting.
