Key Job Requirements
1. 10+ years of Home Improvement Customer Service Experience
2. Energy and Enthusiasm for Phone Sales - This is a fast paced job with a heavy volume of phone calls and conversations with Customers.
3. Passion for Sales - Candidate will need a strong solution-focused attitude and be quick on your feet to explain our various services.
4. Sales and/or Marketing a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plus.
5. QuickBooks Online or other accounting knowledge, a plus.
6. Franchise experience highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
As an Customer Care Specialist you will
- Facilitate calls to educate our Customers on the types of services.
- Execute phone sales targets by providing customers with information.
- Be a key component to the management of the daily schedule
- Match the right craftsmen with the right job.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
