```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in the lobby
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information to customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Responsible for making customer service calls to ensure the quality is maintained
-Learn products and services to effectively quote and upsell to customers
```Qualifications```
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
