Customer Care - Customer Training Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Seek and educate persons affiliated with the Hytrol distributor network for the purpose of enhancing their ability to use, recommend, engineer or sell Hytrol products more effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Schedule and administer all formal distributor training (including maintenance training) sessions at Hytrol.
2. Work with the marketing team to coordinate training programs for distributors and end users in the field.
3. Create agenda and develop materials specific to subject matter of each training session.
4. Create and maintain curriculum to encompass all levels of educational need for the distributor network.
5. Maintain a working knowledge of policy as it affects territories and guidelines for educational purposes.
6. Maintain records of training of Hytrol distributors and of the individual distributorship.
7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Equivalent to four years of college, plus 19 to 23 months related experience and/or training, and 12 to 18 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
