BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Specialist - Inbound for an opportunity in Charlotte NC 28217.

Expected contract duration: 4+ months Contract.

Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $19/hr. on W2 (must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship)
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Worker Schedule:
8AM - 5PM EST, Mon - Fri
No Weekends
Onsite training (around 90days), candidate can then work from home when able to work independently.
Job Description:
As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answers chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of call center experience
* Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
* Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customers issues.
* Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
* Able to understand and accurately communicate customers needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
