*This is a Temp to Perm.
*This is a tethered position. Agent must be tethered to the Charlotte, NC, Fresno, CA or London, KY locations. All training is done remote, production will be remote with potential coming on site as needed in the future.
Duties:
Agents will take inbound tier 1 calls for a social program. These calls will pertain to how to apply for benefits, benefit status, details of the program, etc.
Skills:
Excellent computer skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems as one time
Schedule:
AGENT WILL BE WORKING LATER SHIFTS, WE CLOSE AT 9 PM EST
THEY WILL WORK SATURDAYS FOR AT LEAST THE FIRST 2 MONTHS
WE DO HAVE A WAIT LIST FOR AGENTS WANTING EARLIER SHIFT FOR WHEN THEY COME AVAILABLE
Equipment:
All equipment will be provided. Agents will need to supply high speed internet connection.
Training schedule:
Training and Lab is M-F, 10:30-7:00 EST
