Customer Care Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Care Specialist in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This position offers a salary range of $18.00 per hour to start and comes with a paid training program. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, in a professional and timely manner

• Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions, striving to provide satisfactory resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction

• Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and order details into our system

• Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues

• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures

• Schedule appointments and answer a high volume of calls

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary Range: $18.00 per hour with a potential increase upon conversion
Job Details:

• Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST

• 40 hours per week

• Full-time, Contract to hire role, Onsite
