Job Summary:
- This position is responsible for taking the lead to facilitate closure to low level customer/ dealer matters which includes involvement and interaction with all levels of internal stakeholders using a professional concerned demeanor.
- The Customer Service Center CSC is open evenings and weekends.
- Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work a flexible shift including BOTH evenings and Saturdays.
- This position within the Customer Service Call Center will handle incoming calls leveraging systems and internal and external stakeholders to answer questions.
- These resources will support the seasonal increase in call volume.
- The additional team members will ensure that our customers receive a timely and quality response to their inquiry.
- We will be cross training reps to assist the HOG team when necessary
