Job Description
Position: Customer Care Coordinator
Major objective or Outcome to be accomplished by this person:
· To ensure that all Customer Care/warranty repair requests are received, distributed, and properly maintained/recorded
The most frequent and most essential work activities of this person:
· Receive and dispatch incoming Customer Care / warranty repair request
· Manage Customer Care follow up program
· Provide perspective feedback and direction to field managers
· Receive and execute all mechanical calls
· Contact homeowners to check availability and troubleshoot service calls
· Contact homeowners to verify service calls are complete
· Handle service calls with appropriate vendors. Follow up and verify complete
· Send out updated copies of the “Letter Report” to CM/PM on Wed
· Prepare “Walk Books” for communities Monthly
· Daily mail distribution
· All other duties as assigned
Technical Skills Required of this person:
· Must be able to use all standard office equipment
· Knowledgeable on all Microsoft Office Suites

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
