Job Description
Position: Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator (FT).
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have one or more year(s) of experience working in a Customer Service call center, preferably in the behavioral health or medical field.
- Must have very strong Customer Service experience, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong typing and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Telephonic intake and referral for counseling, legal, financial, employee assistance program (EAP) services and work-life/wellness services.
- Other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Adherence to established attendance policy is essential.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 am- 6:00 p.m.
