We are currently seeking call center Customer Care Agentsfor our Lakeland, Florida Call Center.

Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information, including payment information, and treat it sensitively
- Appropriately communicate with customers
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach
- Educate customers on available product promotions and services
Qualifications
- Call center experience; Customer service experience required
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Consistent work history
- Availability to work 12PM to 9PM shift
