Overview:
As a Tagg-N-Go Customer Care Account Representative, you will work closely with our corporate and business partners, ensuring their satisfaction and managing their accounts effectively. You will work closely with our Sales Team, taking ownership of the accounts once the sale is finalized. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing exceptional service and support to manage and update accounts, resolve issues in a timely fashion, and cultivate strong relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Account Representative has a wide range of responsibilities:
- Maintain great client relationships and address account concerns, questions, and needs
- Managing client relationships through effective communication
- Maintaining accounts through updating payment, renewing memberships, adding/deleting vehicles, etc
- Conducts regular customer calls and emails to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop a deep understanding of the prices and services offered to effectively assist customers
- Enforce company policies and procedures and communicate changes to clients and accounts
- Intervening in conflicts between accounts and employees to help reach an agreeable solution that satisfies both parties
- Providing timely feedback to management regarding issues with the goal of improving customer service skills and knowledge
- Working with management to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory for dealership cards and gift cards
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients. Provide sales support by generating quotes, processing invoices, and following up on new accounts
Experience and Expectations:
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, account management, or sales support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
- Organized with attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
- Ability to offer solutions for retaining Guests and troubleshoot situations
- Full time availability required
- Must be available between 8am to 6pm
- Some Saturdays will be required
