The Customer Relations Associate is the customer's main point of contact. The CRA is responsible for placing orders, checking the status of orders, and for product price/availability information. The CRA represents the customer's interest when interacting with various departments within NTN. This position has significant interactions with Inventory Planning, Sales, Credit, multiple NTN Warehouses, Logistics, Engineering, and Marketing. The CRA ensures that each customer has a positive experience with NTN.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quality service to customers.
• Sales Support.
• Understand order processing and expedite orders.
• Respond to inventory inquiries.
• Solution driven.
• Team Oriented.
• Understand and apply NTN Policies and Procedures.
• Forecast Analysis.
• Analyze Delivery Reports from customers.
• Analyze Open Order Reports from customers.
• Pull and enter data into Customer Portals.
• Knowledge of EDI process.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in business or related field; or three to five years of related experience.
• Account management related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with customer focus with the ability to engage and diffuse dissatisfied customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JDE/ Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organizational/time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
