Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Account Representative for a Blount County, TN company specializing in coated fabrics and flooring.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Handling & resolving complex customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and returns
- Finding & fixing potential order issues
- Managing customer open orders, backorders, and expediting shortages
- Ensuring all pricing is accurately quoted and communicated for entry
- Coordinating with all internal departments to meet customer needs
Qualified candidates will have previous account management experience and proficiency with MS Office.
